If you run an online business, you’ll notice that things move at the speed of light - but one of my favorite things to do is share with my audience a few things I see happening with increasing popularity, and dissect how you can make those trends fit into your business and product suite.
The coaching space is seeing a mass influx of players, and I’m not concerned about market saturation, but I am concerned with making sure we create offers that our clients are excited to join. Because of that, here are 3 trends on online business that are emerging this year that I think warrant consideration…
Adding on a DFY option. It’s no secret that business owners feel strapped for time and bandwidth, and that’s why you’ll see the rise of done for you options taking our industry by storm. It’s not enough to be able to teach clients the strategies you use, you need to think through how you can show up and take work OFF their plates. From done for your templates, copy, and recurring services, you can become indispensable to your clients if you think through how you make their lives EASIER.
Some questions to ask yourself to see if adding A DFY option to your product suite fits:
- What do my clients say they just wish someone would do for them?
- Is there a way for me to do that for the masses?
- What companion service can I couple with my teaching that makes her life easier?
All access passes for coaches. This is perhaps one of the most intriguing to me, especially for those of you with an already baked out product suite with multiple offers… Think about it this way, you have clients that likely buy every program you offer, so why not give them the ALL ACCESS, VIP option that grants them access to your entire product suite, with additional behind the scenes perks (like a monthly group call, or a once a quarter private intensive). If you have multiple offers that you know your ideal client would benefit from, this is the ULTIMATE bundle, sell them an annual access rate to every single program you run.
In person bonus events for masterminds and programs. We miss people. We want to people. From micro events to full on retreats, in 2022, you’ll see more people actively choosing to spend more on IN PERSON learning than virtual options. Anticipating and incorporating that will help you stay ahead of the curve. Consider adding on a retreat to your mastermind, or perhaps, an annual event for your membership to keep them excited about the in person possibilities.
So tell me in the comments, what trends are YOU noticing in the virtual business space? Need help assessing which of these trends make sense for you and your business? You can set up a discovery call with me to discuss what working together to maximize your business looks like.
